How will I know that my clients are coming from any of these
sites?
In many cases, they will call you and tell you. With our service, your clients will
be encouraged to click on our proprietary "Call Me Now" button that will ask for their name and phone number. Then, the system will let you know immediately that
a potential client is waiting for you to call them.
You will also notice an increase in your own personal or Law firm website rankings
because we link all 850+ sites to yours. Additionally, when we have more than 2,000 sites,
all of them will be linked to your personal and/or law firm sites as well.
Lastly, when someone visits your personal webpage, you will be automatically notified
by email that a visitor is looking at your site and is reviewing your information.
Is $399 the Introductory Price?
We are giving select attorneys in Florida, North Carolina, Kentucky, Illinois and
Canada the opportunity to join at a greatly reduced rate of $399. This rate is good
until December 12, 2008. After that date, we will open our marketing to all attorneys
in these areas. Right now, we are limiting our marketing to about 40,000 attorneys.
On December 15, we will begin marketing to our entire list of attorneys in these
areas and we have about 70,000 contacts. It would be better to secure your spot
now rather than risk losing it. You have to remember that we only allow about 1.8%
of attorneys in each area to join each specialty. When we open the spots up to everyone
else, the price will be $891 per year or $99 per month.
Do you have a guarantee?
Yes.
Since we have more than 850 websites, and will soon have more than 2,000, your marketing fees will most certainly not be wasted. In the highly unlikely event that you
don't recoup your marketing fees
within your first year, or you aren't satisfied with our service, your entire 2nd year will be free!
Our Law Firm has multiple offices in multiple cities.
Can we sign up our attorneys in other cities? Do we get a group discount?
If you have multiple offices in different cities, we would welcome your attorneys
in joining us. Even if they are in the states outside of our initial marketing campaign
of
FL, NC, KY, IL and Canada, we will allow your attorneys to join with our introductory
rate of $399 for each attorney. It will up to you to contact them to have them register.

Can I join under multiple specialties?
Yes, but in order to do so, you will have to create two accounts and go through
the sign up process twice. You may only sign up twice.
Will you add more specialties?
We may add more specialties later on. We have already had some inquiries regarding
Workers Compensation, Social Security and a few others. If/When we do, we will notify
our members of this decision.
Can my entire firm join this service?
Possibly.
As we have very limited spaces for each area, it is possible to have more than one
attorney from your firm join as well. What we recommend is that you have other attorneys
in your law firm each join under a different specialty.
Additionally,
we don't allow any one firm to occupy, on average, more than two spots per city
per specialty.
I am with a National Attorney Association. Can our members
join through us?
Possibly.
For instance, if you represent the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers,
National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys or any other national
attorney association, we can allow some
of your members to join but not all. Most associations have
more attorney members than we will have spots for in the entire US and Canada. The
solution is to work with you to ensure your association is allowed a certain number
of spots for our cities. It will be up to the association to decide how to distribute
the spots among
your members. We will work with your association to determine how many spots are available
and where those spots are.

Why do your sites not have more content like everyone else?
Our philosophy is different from all of our competition. If someone is searching
for an attorney on the internet, we make it easy for them to find you if you're
one of our clients. In marketing, there is a rule: "A confused mind always says
'No'." In other words, it would be easy to load up all of sites with great legal
data and facts about the law, but we don't want to confuse any of your potential clients. Confusing them more than they already are would be detrimental.
Your potential clients already have questions and are in need of your services.
So why feed them a great deal of information and slow them down from contacting
you? In our opinion, it just doesn't make sense. Our goal is to connect with them
on an emotional level by recognizing and validating their situation and then encourage them to contact you immediately.
The sooner they talk with you, the sooner you can sign them up as a client.
Why are your fees so much cheaper than other companies?
Our main goal is two-fold: 1) to generate as much traffic(Clients) for you and 2)
to build a great long-term relationship with you. We feel that by giving you a fair
price, we can achieve our goals. In reality, there are some companies that are cheaper
than Synerge Legal Systems, LLC but they don't come close to offering what we do.
In most cases, our cheaper-priced competition allows anyone to join and they place
no restrictions on the number of attorneys that can join in your city. With us,
the number of spots is minimal and we will never expand the number of spots we have.
As far as our more expensive competition, many of them are also providing
you with Search Engine Optimization on your
one
site. With us though, we have taken
care of the SEO work on
all of our sites and you shouldn't really need those more expensive
services. By joining us, we have all the SEO bases covered and soon, our sites will
be ranking very high with Google, Yahoo! and others as well.
Will there be more websites added?
In total, we own more than 850 wesites and in 3 months after launching, we will be adding
another 500. Within 6-9 months of launching the business model, we will have more
than 2,000 websites. Promoting
you successfully is our primary concern. We can track the number of people visiting
our websites and clicking on your information. At anytime in the future, should
we need to, we can always increase the number of websites to increase web traffic
to our attorneys and will do so if it helps your
business grow.
Can I pay to only be on a few sites?
Every attorney
that joins will get placed on all web sites for that particular specialty in which
you sign up under. Additionally, you will also be placed on the 199 generic sites
that we have. Every attorney will have their information on at least 230 different
websites.
Will you ever let more Attorneys join?
Given the fact
that there are as many as 1,000,000 or more attorneys in the US and Canada and that we have contact
information for almost 400,000 of them, we expect that all of our spots will not
only fill up, but that they will fill up quickly. However, when the spots are full,
we will never expand our services to include more attorneys and the only way anyone
will be allowed to join later is if a vacancy appears.
I already pay for SEO work. Do I still need your services?
In many cases, we will provide you with 12 months of service for what you probably
pay in one month for Search Engine Optimization consulting. That's not to
say you should give up your SEO consultant on your existing site. However, we link
all of our sites to either your law firm's site or your personal site(of both).
This will
have a very positive effect on your search engine rankings within a few
months. Furthermore, you are
paying for SEO work because you want more traffic to your site. If your SEO work
thus far has achieved the goals you are looking for, then perhaps you should consider
keeping the SEO consultant on board along with
adding our service as well.
With our service, after you have been a member for a few months, you should see
an increase in traffic to your site because all of our websites are considered relevant
links and they will help your site rank higher. In turn, you should see more traffic,
get more calls and sign up more clients.
My SEO consultant says I don't need your service.
As an attorney, you are an expert at looking at the facts. SEO companies charge
much more than we charge you. Obviously they are not going to want to lose you as
a client and you can't blame them. However, we have done the SEO work on all of our sites
which currently numbers more than 850. We will link all of our sites to yours. Ask
your SEO consultant how many relevants links your site has from other
relevant attorney sites.
We have nothing against SEO companies. In fact, we appreciate them unless they are
one of the firms charging their clients obscenely high fees. We feel that our system
works extremely well with your search engine optimized site. Our service further
enhances your rankings with the search engines. Additionally, we give each attorney
another 230 to 320 websites to promote them on.
Lastly, while your site might already rank very high on the search engines, one major
argument still exists: Virtually no one goes to only one site for information, to
get help or to make a purchase. Because of this fact, having numerous sites with
your information on them reduces your competition. For instance, if your potential
client has a natural disposition to visit 10 attorney sites and one of them is yours,
then you will have nine others that you are competing with. However, with our business
model, our goal is to greatly reduce your competition by getting you on several
of the top pages of all the search engines. For the same client, if your information is on three sites that
they visit, then you have reduced your number of competitors by 2.
How will you accept payments every month?
Because of
it's great brand recognition, Synerge Legal Systems, LLC has partnered with PayPal as its
Merchant Processing center. Additionally, once you register with us, PayPal will
charge your credit card monthly. Please give us 30 days to cancel your membership with us should
you ever decide to leave our service. If you paid a yearly fee rather
than a monthly fee, you will not be charged again for 12 full months.
How long will it take to begin seeing results on the Search
Engines?
Because the
search engines never reveal their website ranking algorithms for how they rank websites, no one
can tell you for sure. However, it usually takes about 3 months to begin seeing
the sites climbing much higher. After 3 months, we will see a substantial increase in
search engine rankings. As you have seen in our
About Us
page, we have hired and
surrounded ourselves with a highly competent team. Part of our collective expertise
is in Search Engine Optimization. Additionally, Synerge Legal Systems, LLC has consultants
who work with us monthly to ensure our optimal level of rankings is achieved.
Will you be adding more services in the future?
Yes. As part of our goal in building a long-term relationship with you, we are in
the process of creating several new products that have received 100% approval in
our marketing tests. Some of those other features are listed on our
Bonuses
page.
I'm interested, but I'm still skeptical.
We totally
understand. As we have mentioned, try us for one year. If you aren't happy with
how many clients you will get from our service, we will give you another 12 months
at no charge. It only takes one client to pay for 12 months of service and we're
absolutely positive you will get a great return on your investment. (In many
cases, one client can pay for many years of service)
